What we do for them
- Coordinate monthly board meetings and 2-3 committee meetings each month.
- Raise funds through promotion of event sponsorships, exhibitor booth sales, and advertising. Annually, we’ve raised $50,000 in sponsorship income.
- Publish 8-12 page bi-monthly newsletter, print it, and send it by email.
- Provide event management, on-site registration, vendor oversight, facility and catering coordination for the following events:
- Spring Forum, one-day event, 300 attendees, Doubletree, Portland, OR.
- OAHU State Convention, two-day event, 150 attendees, Mt. Bachelor Village, Bend.
- Pacific Northwest Employee Benefits Conference, two-day event, 350 attendees, Oregon Convention Center, Portland, OR.
- Monthly breakfast meetings, MAC Club, Portland, (50 – 75 people).
- Annual Golf Tournament, 120 people.
- Database maintenance and programming.
- Website maintenance.
- Public relations and media relations consulting.
- Bookkeeping, banking, credit card processing, budgeting, oversight of tax preparation.
- Oversight of officer election.
