What we do for them

  • Coordinate monthly board meetings and 2-3 committee meetings each month.
  • Raise funds through promotion of event sponsorships, exhibitor booth sales, and advertising. Annually, we’ve raised $50,000 in sponsorship income.
  • Publish 8-12 page bi-monthly newsletter, print it, and send it by email.
  • Provide event management, on-site registration, vendor oversight, facility and catering coordination for the following events:
    • Spring Forum, one-day event, 300 attendees, Doubletree, Portland, OR.
    • OAHU State Convention, two-day event, 150 attendees, Mt. Bachelor Village, Bend.
    • Pacific Northwest Employee Benefits Conference, two-day event, 350 attendees, Oregon Convention Center, Portland, OR.
    • Monthly breakfast meetings, MAC Club, Portland, (50 – 75 people).
    • Annual Golf Tournament, 120 people.
  • Database maintenance and programming.
  • Website maintenance.
  • Public relations and media relations consulting.
  • Bookkeeping, banking, credit card processing, budgeting, oversight of tax preparation.
  • Oversight of officer election.
