What we do for them

• Maintain website.
• Provide public relations and communications, monitor news clippings statewide.
• Database maintenance and programming.
• Writing, editing and sending member and board correspondence.
• Maintain checkbook, pay bills, and make bank deposits.
• Meeting management: Annual membership meeting, 4-5 Board/Membership Meetings, committee meetings, 3-4 receptions for state officials, lobbyists, the Governor of Oregon, and key decision makers.
• Handle catering and event coordination.
• Monitor the Oregon Transportation Commission, State legislature, and national legislation.
• Lead and participate in focus groups and forums on transportation topics, such as the Willamette Valley Livability Forum.
• Helped to form the Oregon Transportation Policy Institute
