Keizer Station

VPR planned a groundbreaking ceremony for a new major development in Keizer, Oregon.   More than 300 people attended this event.  We also promoted the transport and placement of an historic 1904 locomotive on site.  The locomotive is located near the freeway and creates a memorable footprint for Keizer Station in the community.

MedAssist benefit dinner featuring Prominent Speakers

VPR worked with the Medical Foundation of Marion and Polk Counties to plan MedAssist benefit dinners which attracted 700 attendees. Featuring Jane Goodall (2005), Jean Michel Cousteau (2006), former first lady Barbara Bush (2007), Chris Gardner (Pursuit of Happyness) (2008) and Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson (2009).   Each event raised thousands of dollars for MedAssist.  VPR created a play-by-play schedule for the entire day’s events, as well as managed the special requests of the guest speakers.  VPR oversaw site management, decoration, creation of invitations, programs, posters, press releases, and creative work for radio and print.  VPR organized the volunteers and provided day-of coordination.
